We have experience representing litigants in a variety of matters in Georgia's Juvenile Courts . We have represented parents in deprivation/dependency matters and in termination of parental rights.    We have also served as a Guardian Ad Litem in deprivation/dependency matters. 

 

The following is a representative list of our cases:

  • Represented parents whose children were allegedly deprived because they used excessive force or unusual methods in disciplining their children
  • Represented parents whose children were allegedly deprived because of parents' substance abuse problems.
  • Represented parents whose children were allegedly deprived because of domestic violence in the home.
  • Served as a Guardian Ad Litem for a nine year old child in a deprivation matter. Guardian Ad Litems are charged with representing the child's best interests.
  • Served as a Guardian Ad Litem for several teens who were found deprived because they had no legal guardian and were living in the United States of America without proper supervision.
